Mattel's Offense Defense Football (19??, None (sounds), Model# ??)
This is an unusual game that I believe pre-dates the first handheld electronic games Mattel made (making this 1975 or earlier I believe). It's a battery operated football game that uses plastic records that actually play a recording of a ref's voice announcing the yardage gains/loses. Each person takes a turn until someone reaches the goal line to score.
