Mego Star Trek Command Communications Console (19??, Lights, Model# ??)
This is not a handheld game, but actually a fully-functional 49 MHz two-way radio with sound effects. I believe the keypad is supposed to light up when you press a button, and the front panel contains a speaker and microphone. - Thanks to Joe Santos for the description, haven't actually seen this myself.
