I checked the Museum pages when listing a few games on Ebay and found a few possible updates.
Castle Toy Newport 500 has 12 standard torch/flashlight bulbs (2.5v , 0.3A screw) plus 2 spares as well as the LED display. I think the model number is 607 looking at the box. The cars Do light up. The game is 12" x 8" . It was made in 1980.
