Thought it might be led but it's actually electro-mechanical. Not really a handheld nor a game, but whenever I see anything sporting that 70's computer font I just have to have it.

It's not a game, it's just an electronic dice roller... It basically just picks 2 numbers between 1 and 6. Mr. Green
