I have a 1993 Techno Source Seasame Street The Counts Number Bowling electonic Handheld. It Sealed with staples and appears to be new and never used. However it has a white strip that says Engineerings Sample.

Could this be a test sample that was never tested and sneaked away from their testing plant? Not sure what to think of it.
