I recently bought and "Electronic Le Game" system. This thing is pretty cool, and I think extremely rare. It's mentioned in the FAQ, but some of the information is wrong, I think.

This thing may be one of the first touchscreen games ever; it was released in 1982, well before Tiger Shifty. Basically, it works like this: the system itself looks like a clipboard with a grid of wires on it and a single LED light. You take certain pieces of paper and darken circles on them in certain places; your opponent (I believe all the games released are two-player) does the same. You or your opponent puts his paper facedown on the grid, followed by a graphics overlay and a protective plastic sleeve. Then your opponent or you use a stylus to play a game. The games are designed around the fact that if you press on an area that was darkened in, the graphite will touch the wires, making a connection and causing the LED to go on.

Hmm, does it look anything like this:

I have this game, but it's never been opened, so I don't know how it's played... But it sure looks like it could fit that description.

It looks kind of like that, but that's not it. Mine also had multiple games, and you could buy sheets for others.

Some research has revealed that the same company-EDI-made both your "Mini Lab" game and my "Le game".
