What games do you have which you believe are one-of-a-kind, or at least a-few-of-a-kind?

I know there was that Tiger Space Invaders a few years ago (too bad nobody at the forum got it), and Rik has the molds for the Coleco Star Trek. Then there's Dan's and Rik's Entex Black Knight Pinballs. Last but not least in tanatron's (Alex's) Interceptor, from an unknown manufacturer (I've thought of offering to buy that one from him, but I figure that I'd have to pry it from his cold, dead ha... Hmmm... Wink )

What else is there?

I donīt want to say an overbearing opinnion, but I have had a very good luck to find these gakken lcd handhelds. I can say never has been seen last 8 years (Gakken King Arthurīs Knight).

Seen with Lansay and Lindy Front with gakken sticker back of the game ...but NEVER SEEN with GAKKEN front:

Gakken Robin Hood is also a very rare. Only seen one time 2 years ago. (I bought mine for 10€ Yessss! )

Last I have to be considered quite rare is Nelsonic Space Attacker with Rubber case & band:

Yeah, those Gakken front versions are nice... I think my King Arthur is a Lansay/Gakken version...

Besides the Black Knight, I'd have to say my MIB Entex Escape 1000 Mazes is pretty rare. I don't know of anyone else that has it boxed (correct me if I'm wrong!), and only 2 or 3 loose ones out there...

http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Entex/3DEscape.htm

I got _VERY_ lucky in obtaining that game! Cool

Tiger Star Castle boxed is also pretty rare (in the boxed condition, at least):

(Yeah, it says I only have it loose, need to update that... Rolling Eyes )

Some of the oddly-named Hanzawa games that Linda has are practically one of a kind it seems...

What happens to these games? They just seem to disappear, never to be heard from again until a collector finds them...

As for me, I have a Pac Man 2 for the Entex Select-a-Game. I also have the Jet Pilot game from Creative Playthings; it seems to be very, very rare, and impossible-to-get.

My boxed Black Knight is the only one known, at least no one else has ever stepped forward with one.

I also have an unopened PB Drac pinball, and another with open box.

I have rare games, but the last and most valuable for me is a little SEGA Tabletop game from 1992
Itīs made on Japan and I never see one like this or similar.
There are two lateral stereo speakers and a beautifull design
The gun can be dismounted and the games have light panels with monsters
The screen is like panorama and you see about a mirror, but really the screen and all the mechanics for the game are on the bottom side
I hope you enjoy the pictures
I try to make a video when I can, but will be dificult

Thanks . Yessss!

Another rare game is BLACK BOMBER from EPOCH

In the database appears, but the description says

Epoch Black Bomber (19xx, LED, Model# ?)
Looks like a Japanese Space Invaders clone.

The Game is from 1979 and the model number seems be 05550
The game is not like Space Invaders
Is like a Pachinko game. Into the game there are some balls and when you launch it, the lights on the game indicates where are the balls.

The game simulates a Plane bomb attack against the ships; the ships are like rolls and when are targeted by balls shows the score one by one.

Really strange , different and nice game.

You can see more pictures about at http://shop.gamewatch.com.es/i.....cts_id=491

I have a few...

First is my Cresta handheld cartridge based game system. There have only been five sightings of them... two branded Cresta (I have one of these), two branded Halion and one branded Ectron. Eight cartridges exist though I have only seen five myself and own only one (jungle kong) Sad http://www.geekvintage.com/images/misc/cresta-cartridge-system-small.jpg http://www.geekvintage.com/images/misc/halion-cartridge-system-small.jpg I am desperately seeking the other five cartridges I do not own.

Second would be my Sanyo Sound&Game Basketball as only three have been seen in the wild http://www.geekvintage.com/sanyo-sound-and-game.php

Third would be my Coleco Donkey Kong Jr which might be an original prototype mockup... I'm still trying to determine how to go about confirming weather or not it is genuine. Does anyone here have any contacts with someone who used to work for Coleco back then?

I'm pretty sure it's not something that was made by Coleco. It doesn't match the photos of the prototypes that they had. But, it might have been made for use on a Coleco project. You might try finding out what agency the previous owner worked for and see if you can contact them (if they are still around). If it was made in the 80's, there's a good chance it was thrown together by the ad agency in response to a photo request by Coleco. What we would really need to find is a picture, from before Coleco decided to go with Nintendo's DK Jr., showing a mock up that matches yours. Maybe a trade magazine, or a gaming magazine of some kind, from the 80s... I suspect it will would be more likely to find it in a magazine rather than any Coleco material.

Can you get a large, really close in focus shot of any of the labels on the game? The way the labels are printed could also shed some light on it...

I'm sure there are other units out there, so only a few so far.
