I just did 189,050 with the miss pac man. Level 2. Game reset at 100K. No video to proof my score however. Took me around 1 hour to do that. I am done for a while with that one unless Billy beat my score . When I close my eyes all I see are fruits.. |

Again less than 10% of the champ, but at least I can prove my score:
One loop of all the fruits (I had the banana at one point woohoo). |

okay, so my idea is that anyone who can triple flip
any handheld game on the toughest skill level,
should tie with anyone else who can do the same.
i know everyone has to agree...(especially rik)
but i'm not sure anyone wants to take it any further. am i wrong?
coleco's ms. pac-man / skill 2
303,850
or simply, a "triple flip" matched by anyone who can do the same.

I think I'll leave that up to you guys... I'm not sure what else to do about it though since, with the patterns, it simply becomes a challenge of stamina vs game play skill... (and maybe battery life) Maybe it is just good enough to say we can all play these two games (Ms PM and PM) indefinitely and leave it at that...
The Ms Pac Man screens change, don't they? Do you have a pattern for each screen, or is the pattern flexible to work on all of them? (Oh, definitely do want to see it though...) |

the one pattern i discovered, works the same for each changing board.
i have noticed with the patterns however, that on both games,
(pac and ms. pac) a ghost will stray every once and a while, forcing
you to quickly change your strategy for a brief moment. so i do think there
is still an element of skill involved when using the patterns.
let's wait and see what serge has to say about the triple flip idea. |

That's a great score Billy! Not sure I feel the need to challenge your score. With something to cool down our brain, I believe we should be able to play that game all day long. I agree with the ghost forcing us to change strategy for a brief moment |

''Rick is a mad man you know, he would probably say to me and Serge, why don't you guys just keep going I wanna see who get a million''
LOL Billy nice video! Of course we could do it but damn....We have a life! I would hate to spend a full day on that challenge...
''Where does it end, where does it end for me and serge''
!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my stubborn brother... I can see our fate from here...Are we condamned to relentless coleco insanity? Its Rik's fault! Take care Pal! |

Current high score on this is actually 303,850...
Patterns have been discovered that allow you to pretty much play the game forever, so there's no point in trying for the high score on Ms Pac (or Pac-Man) anymore... |

I just finished a 298,000 point run.
I'm too immersed in gameplay to notice a pattern, but the game is markedly easier than Pac-Man, and in my opinion deficient programming makes it too easy. The ability to spam the joystick to move faster, which you can't do in Pac-Man, means that you can move from power pellet to power pellet fast enough to never be vulnerable to the ghosts, as long as the controls don't bounce/skip on you. In addition, they didn't program the power pellet effect to run out faster as you go on.
With that said, it's fun to be able to have a long-haul game, when in comparison I rarely break 10,000 on Pac-Man |
