Is anyone using plastic injection molding to recreate battery covers for some of the more common lines of handhelds?

I know someone was doing this for Nintendo Game & Watch some time ago, but I am specifically looking for replacement battery doors for Coleco Tabletops. I have the whole line of them, but only 2 have battery doors.
