It is relatively rare to see it close to new condition with box and instructions, at least at the US eBay where I mostly pay attention. I have noted 8 other instances over the last perhaps 8 years, ranging from a surprising low of $24 to $69. Regardless, if I didn't already have one, I might have bid at your level or higher. It comes down to one's own desire and willingness to part with money, and I don't consider others' judgement of worth very much since eBay items' sell value is so prone to fluctuation from average.

Actually, that's not too bad I think one went for over $200 boxed last year. It's one of those strange games where the value fluctuates a lot.

Well , I got mine, complete and almost untouched, for $35.00+$30.00 S&H in april.
Linda is right it has a very wide price bracket .
