Greetings,
I'm in the process of refurbishing a Coleco Pac Man (first time for me).
Things are going pretty good...largely thanks to slydc's labels.
I'm now faced with cutting out the joystick and on/off switch holes of the new control panel label and I'm not sure how to proceed.
Any ideas on the best way to do this?

Thanks,
StephenJ

The best would be to have the stickers cut at a sticker printing service. If you have a PDF or AI file, you can layer the image and a cutting mask in one file, and then they use a cutting-plotter to make the CPO sticker perfect.
If you do it manually, try to find a thin sheet of plastic where you can print on/ sticker on. The original overlays are quite thick, and if you make your own similar in thickness, you could use a metal punch tool to make perfect holes. You need to go to a metal workshop for that.
