i really don't want to buy one, but rather borrow one for about a week (two max) for reference as i am working on a simulator.

odd request, yes. but anyone willing to do this and i'll throw in a free handheld when i return the game back to you.

cheers.

Hi, I'm the author of the simulator.

Thanks for the nice words. Smile

A few words on the simulator. In addition to the "perfect simulation" of the real game, I added two things:

1. you can select direction not by just pressing the "direction" button repeatedly, but you can use the arrow keys to make it quick

2. there's a hidden "cheat mode" you activate by pressing the "INS" key. it displays the current status of the labyrinth, where are the pits, the bats, dragon etc. Press INS every time you need to "refresh" the labyrinth status.

I'm planning to re-release the game with more realistic graphics. Will do that shortly. Stay tuned Smile

nice. you should totally do Tiger Double Dragon II: The Revenge, probably my all-time favorite LCD game. Very Happy

p.s. - on eBay i just got sniped from a complete copy of D&D that went for under $50. it even had the plastic thing that the game sits in.

i had to edit my above post to show i was talking about a copy of the D&D game, not the Tiger game.

too bad about no interest. maybe i'll contact that pica-pic guy.

i accidentally found a spot-on simulator of this handheld in the Google Play (android app) store, and it's free!

anyone here responsible for the app?
