Ok i don't want to sound too ignorant but since i am Embarassed i'll ask anyway... My main ebay site is ebay.ca since i'm Canadian, now what i'd like to know is : will i see items from everywhere that can be sold to Canada on ebay.ca or do i have to log on every ebay.country ???

Thanks you guys and girls for not judging Embarassed and if you do , oh well Wink

In theory, if you have your search set to Worldwide, it should show everything available _TO_ Canada from all the international Ebay sites... It will definitely show you fair number of them. Try a search for something you know is very European and see if any show up on Ebay.ca. (Like search for

senso (spiel, game)

and see if any appear. That's the German version of Simon, there's 2 or 3 up right now that ship internationally). If you don't see any (right now, anyway), then you don't have your search set for Worldwide (On the left of the search screen, the yellow column, select Worldwide under Location, and make sure the little box is checked). I have found a few instances where a foreign seller shipping worldwide wouldn't show up in a search on my domestic Ebay, but it works fairly well for the most part.

The catch is, if you go to www.ebay.de and search for the same thing, you will find more (but they may not list their auction as selling worldwide). A lot of times if you ask the seller if they are willing to ship overseas, they will if you are willing to pay the shipping.

So you can still potentially find more by searching in each country (I check .co.uk, .fr, .de, .it and a few others on a regular basis...), but if you only want auctions properly labelled to ship to Canada, the search from .ca should work correctly 99% of the time.
