Besides the form factor. Are there any differences between gameplay? I have Super Cobra and like it. I'm thinking of picking up Cosmic Scramble if there are any notable differences. If not, I'll save my money for something else.

No idea! I only have Super Cobra and never heard of Cosmic Scramble. But looking at Yootoob gameplay videos, they're very similar.
