Bandai FL Gun Professional - 1980 (VFD)

I'd consider this a hidden gem. You would think there isn't much with this as the vfd is only in one color. It shines in gameplay though. You need super quick reflexes and timing. It's really a fantastic game.

It can be both single and two player. In single player mode, you can choose from 3 difficulty levels. Level 3 is very hard and very fun at the same time. You are in a shoot out and the only thing between you are cacti and a stage coach. The cacti can be taken out, but not the stage coach.

The funeral tunes after you take down your opponent are a nice touch.

The design of this is also pretty cool. You could always open this up and put different color strips of film (plastic) over the score, shooters, and even stage coach in the middle. That would make it look better. I'm happy with the simplicity of the 1 color though as the gameplay is superb.
