I fall off my chair laughing when i flick through ebay and come across an item title like GALAXY INVADER 1000 VERY RARE. Surely these people can be done for misleading the buyer. Can anybody else give a better example.

Hi Peter,
Sorry Confused I'm kind of guilty as you might have seen in my items yesterday, but I count my Blip as rare because of its Blip-o-mat box Shocked. Admitedly the game is a bog standard Blip, but the box looks nice Smile
I'll try and behave myself in the future Wink

Neil.

I remember an auction where someone had the white-body MGA Pac Man (which is basically a give away, I have a couple I got in lots of games), and he listed it as 'Incredibly Rare, never seen on Ebay!' with a starting bid of $199. Now THAT made me almost laugh out of my chair... Mr. Green

Cop a load of this.

Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

There was also the guy wanting $1000 for an unboxed Gakken PuckMonster in average condition. Oh and there's somebody right now listing a Tandy Armatron for $250. It's not a handheld, I know, but it could hold one. Wink

Actually that reminds me, years ago I ripped the guts out of my Armatron and started installing stepper motors. I should try to complete it and see if I can get it to play my handhelds. A computer playing computer games, Duchamp would have loved it. Very Happy

Eggie: Don't know why and when eBay makes those long URLs but you can always copy and paste a bit to make them shorter.
