Hi Rik ,
This is my first visit. Very NICE site you have here. I came across your web site when I googled the game Super Cobra. I noticed you have pictured and state that 2 different Button Layouts Exist for this game. I thought you'd like to know there is another layout. I have this game, purchased in 1982, and the button layout is different than the 2 you have pictured. If you'd like a photo for your museum of this 3rd layout I'd be glad to send it to you.
