Guys, I'm writing a vintage electronic game collectors price guide. I would like to include pictures of some of your collections in the book. I need the pictures by 11/17/06. The sooner the better. They need to be clear and high resolution. Could you send me a picture of your collection?

You can send the pictures to my email address.

Hi Linda,
In the one month that I have been collecting I have acquired about 40 games. I know it isn't a huge collection and I don't have boxes for hardly any of them, but I would be happy to submit a picture of them if you wish.

Please do. I'm sure everyone doesn't have massive collections.

Well, I completed the book about a week ago. I'm waiting on the Author's copy to check everything. Some how the 3-4 days they quoted me for printing and shipping turned into 3 - 4 weeks. Crying or Very sad I guess that's what happens around Christmas. I'm too excited about being finished to be too upset though.

I didn't get nearly as many responses as I thought I would. I thought people were just being shy. Maybe people didn't just see the request.

I hope it looks cool also.

When and where can I buy it?

Also, how much will it be?

Mario, I'll have to let you know that answer later. Currently I plan on using www.lulu.com to sell it, but I need to view the author's copy first. They didn't have the type of paper I wanted and I need to make sure the paper they use does the pictures justice. If not I may have to change publishers. Once I OK it the book will be made available to the public immediately.

Count me in!!! I wanna copy. Very Happy

BTW.. the reason I didn't send in a pict is because on top of working on your calendar and Rik's card, a few of my games are undergoing graphic restoration. If you do a another issue, my "cabinet" should be ready by then. Very Happy

Cheers!

All, If you get the pictures in the next couple days still send them. I just received the Author's copy of the book and I'm not happy with how they elongated the picture on the cover, so I'm doing another revision before releasing it. I plan to complete the revision by 12/10 at the very latest.
