I wouldn't be able to if I wanted to... I don't have copies of older versions... All I've done is added new games throughout the years, so it didn't change much in appearence. You can go to the internet Wayback maching and see some of it (when it works):

Yeah.. when was that? I remember you guys a long time ago.. like even around the time Jaro's www.handhelden.com site came around. That was like 1998/99 maybe?

I can't remember the exact date I started it (it wasn't really a public site in the beginning, just something for me while I was collecting these things), but the first 'Update' to the website was Aug 17th, 2000. That makes it just over 6 years old...
