Thanks Rik, but i already have one from a half destroyed pac man, as for the testing in the factory they were probably checking one in 50 or something like that i guess... Still it makes it special ! And it must have been a blessing for the parents Laughing

Ok i did some tests with a speaker and guess what, no sound comes out of this game. I trully believe there is an electronic component missing on the board as i told you Rik. It really looks like it never has been there !!!

So i'll have to buy another one for the sound, but this one is trully a rare one !

Hmm, that's interesting... Here's a pic of the other side of my board:



The resistor just to the lower left of the display is directly opposite the large solder blobs on the other side... Do you have that component there? Notice there seems to be one missing right next to it, but I don't think it was ever meant to be there... (There always seems to be one or two blank spots on these boards... but there should definitely be something in one of those two sets of holes...)

Finally found the problem Embarassed it was the speaker itself, i had to reweld (is that how you say that ???) one of the wires, the contact was working half the time Evil or Very Mad now it's perfect !
