Waddingtons Wizard (1979, LED, 6 C Batteries, Model# 2004)
Looks a lot like the Vtech Wizard game as well, I'm guessing it's licensed to or from them. Multi-game unit that has a Simon like game as well as 3 others. Also released in the U.K. by Grandstand as Adam.
