|

Recently came across a Resident Evil 2 handheld under the Tiger 99x brand. Big fan of Resident Evil 2 and I'm also aware that this isn't the first Resident Evil 2 game released by Tiger Electronics. A Game.com cartridge version also exists. My question is, does anyone know if the 99x game is substantially different from the Game.com version- meaning, is the 99x version its own unique port of Resident Evil 2, or is it just literally a port of the Game.com version?
Thanks in advance. |

I actually took a look at that video prior to posting. It's unfortunately poor quality and thus difficult to make anything out, so not very helpful.
No worries though, the game I received wasn't functioning properly (the screen was missing pixels), making it impossible to play. At this point in time I don't think I'll try to acquire another since I've read that the screen for such games malfunction frequently and far too easily. As a matter of fact the game I got was unopened, mint in packaging! So to know that the screen went bad on a brand new device, is very disappointing. |

No worries. The main issue was the camera didn't focus on the game screen, so the game itself was blurry/out of focus.
By the way is yours still fully functional and did you complete the game? |
