I am looking for Gakken backgammon or backgammon 2. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can still get them in stores or if anyone has one. My father had two for about 15 years and they are both broken. If anyone has any advice as to how I could get them fixed that would be great too. Thank you. |

I doubt if any store would still have it. The place to scare one up is eBay. I've seen them go anywhere from $15 to $150 depending on whether it has a box and/or instructions, the condition, and the phase of the moon. It was also licensed to and sold by Tandy (Radio Shack). Repair depends on what's broken - our host, Rik, is the go-to guy for advice on that! Good luck! |

Yeah, I'm pretty good at fixing a lot of these... What's wrong with them? I know it's an LCD game, so if the LCD are damaged there's probably not much that can be done...

It's a pity you didn't ask a couple of weeks ago. This one went for a very good price.

Looking at the winners Ebay name, they might be selling it on again so it might be worth keeping an eye on them.
Good luck in finding one.
