It works in the same way as the unknown ME-04 game but with less players. LED, 1x9v.

Hi Mario. It is similar in shape to a few Bandai and Mattel games but it's a fair bit smaller.

That's very close Linda! Well spotted too Mario! So it's Bandai based. My game just has 2 extra players and a button for each team. I must go through the Museum systematically as there's probably about 100+ games I have never looked at . Maybe I will if I ever get Broadband

Yeah, it definitely looks like a Bandai. You can look here:
http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Bandai/BaseballLED.htm
And there's links on that page to the 4 or 5 others I know of... Haven't seen a non-Japanese soccer, just the one Linda pointed out which I forgot about when making the other pages..
The only difference is that all the Bandai ones have exactly 6 LEDs (in fact, all the games are EXACTLY the same except for the placement of the LEDs and screen overlay...)
Sears licensed them frm Bandai as well (the ones marked LED in the Sears section). |

I forgot about those! I've just been up the attic to compare it with my 4 Bandai/Sears games and it is the same size and shape, just with 2 more lights as you say. It's now taken it's rightful place next to them
Thanks,
Neil. |
