Well this all started when I turned 37 recenly. I remembered some handhelds I had as a kid and thought I would track them on Ebay. Cheap too - 3 games less than ?20 including postage
These were Asto Wars (Grandstand), Missile Invader (Bandai) and one I think I was lucky to get because I can't find it anywhere else (apart from the one I found on Ebay) Slip 'n' Slide by Innovator Electronics.
Then I discovered there waas a whole thing about collecting these items. So I will keep returning to see what I can find. apart from the few more I used to own: Zaxxon and Battlestar Galactica. and one I really want Burgertime by Tandy.
So a big hello to you all I look forward to chatting. |

Hey, send me a pic of the Slip N Slide... I don't have that in the museum (although it's probably a Vtech game)...

Will do. It's quite addictive, and browsing your site I understand Innovator were a distributor for Vtech.
Here is the pick from ebay:
Interesting I paid ?5.56 for it, the batteries cost ?7.00
Found it here under different name: www.miniarcade.com/vtech/banana.htm |
