Hi everyone, this is my first non-reply post. I've been looking passively for the past few months for any info on these games by Sega/Tiger. I'd venture a guess and say they're at least somewhat rare, considering they are Sega/Tiger-made and based on Sega games, nothing obscure, and yet there seems to be little if any info on them online. They seem in the same vein as the Symphony of the Night handheld, made towards the end of the 90's when LCD games were largely on their way out and these seemed to be produced in limited numbers like SOTN. I'd check the toy stores and such regularly, and only Kay-Bee toys seemed to carry these, and it was for like maybe 5 months at the most? Then again I could be completely wrong and that's why I'm here. I saw a few on ebay for around $60, but that doesn't establish any solid facts about them. I've included pictures of other games as well that I'm not too sure about. The Tiger Stix I'm not clear on as far as rarity/worth, and again there was very little to go on in terms of online info. The Schmidt Dracula game is a Euro-branded version of Tsukuda's Dracula, which I'm sure many of you know. I kinda remember paying $60 for it on ebay a long time ago and sitting it under my bed, which is where I found it while cleaning a little bit ago, I honestly don't think I ever even unboxed it.
As you may have guessed by the last part of the previous paragraph, yes, I am looking to sell these. I'm moving soon and I really don't want to keep any more than my Game & Watch games (If I start collecting again, it's going to be older games with charm, the newer games seem to have awful gameplay and overreach when they try and "stuff" a game like Virtua Cop into an LCD game). I'm usually pretty vigilant about these sorts of things, and I know that this isn't an LCD game in the truest sense of the word, but I let 2 Digimon Digivices from 1999 go in a "lot" of LCD games I sold for $30. Unbeknownst to me, one was potentially worth upwards of $80 on ebay and the other around $50, so I'm looking not to repeat that mistake with these games. Anyway, any help at all with these and their rarity/potential value (and if you'd like to make an offer, that's great, too) would be greatly appreciated! Pics are below.
btw - Everything works here. Tested em all myself, with the exception of the Dracula game. As I said, I don't think I ever unboxed it at all, the auction I got it from said it worked, but I never bothered to get C batteries to test/play it. Panzer Dragoon comes with the backing card, as does Virtua Cop, as well as the instruction booklet.

bump. Also, Dracula works, I found some C cells to test it, it's on ebay for $75, $85 BO currently. Again, if anyone has anything on those Sega games, it'd be really appreciated, because I'm totally lost, and I really don't want to let them go for a song if they're worth $60-70. |
