I can't find much out about this game. It has been described as being made in 1976 and :-

"An electronic number generator that comes packaged with sixteen games designed for it. The device has eight light-emitting diodes, numbered one through eight, which flash one at a time. The operator of the device presses a button to freeze the flashing to generate a number. A switch can alter the speed of the flashing to either fast or slow."

I'm guessing it might play a bit like Tiger Safari & Darts but with more games to place on top but as there are no score markers the gameplay might be a bit more paper orientated?
