Just how rare is Pac-Man 2 for the Entex Select-A-Game? I've read that there are only six or seven known; is that right? How does its rarity compare to the other SAG carts?

There's more than 6 or 7 known now... They seem to pop about twice a year or so on average. I think it's the rarest of the games for the system (it's certainly the rarest and most desired), but the Basketball cart also seems extremely hard to find. I think I've seen more Pac-Mans forsale than the Basketball game...

So, how many are known? About a dozen? Two dozen?

Probably about 12-15 or so... I know several people that have 1, and I've seen a couple of others sell on eBay to people I didn't know... Add that to the original '6' we knew about...

So I guess it still qualifies as an R10. That's what they have it as on the Digital Press guide. Of course, we have to compare it to how many of the other carts there are. For PM2 to be especially rare, there would have to be thousands, or at least hundreds, of the others known. Pinball seems to come up pretty often, after, of course, Space Invader 2.
