Does anyone know which game I'm talking about? Confused

It's similar to TOMY's "Turnin' Turbo" - a mini-car dashboard (in this case, a Corvette dashboard) with a game. I think it may have even had turn signals...from the mid 80s.

I know I've seen a picture of one...
