Yep, so far there's never been any evidence it was ever made. There's obviously a mock-up somewhere (assuming it wasn't trashed), but a working game 'in the wild' has never been found.
But, then again, we didn't even know about the Jawbreaker or Space Invaders tabletops a few years ago either...  These things are just damn hard to find for some reason.
