Need infos on GW Donkey Kong multi-screen after 999 points

Need infos to complete my "DK simulator - revised and corrected".

What happens when player scores 1000 points on Donkey Kong G&W Multiscreen?

- score resets to 0, but game speed still increases?

- is displayed score "000", "001" etc -------- or "0", "1", etc?

- "chance time" or "bonus mario" occurs again, when score is 1300, 2300 points, etc.?

- anyone ever scored 2000 points?

PS: I think there was a similar topic to this, but can't find it now :-/
