Help identifying a game and company

On this Japanese site there is a game called 'Help' supposedly by a company called 'Poly' http://www.game-nostalgia.net/densi/etc/densi_etc_main.html

I cant directly link because the site owner doesn't allow using his images, but if you scroll down or search for Poly you will see it.

I cant find any information on the game or the company at all, but the cover says Jeu Electronique so this particular version is of French origin. Who knows if it was exclusively a French game.

Anyone know more?

Looks like Help is just another release of D'artagnan, possibly unofficial? Help is identical with the lcd graphics, and the human characters on the artwork don't match at all the animal characters in the game.
