Does anyone know what the oldest and rarest Tiger Electronics Handhelds are? I have been collecting for several years now and have some games that I have never seen on the site. Any input would be nice.
I have some of the following:
Sonic Hedgehog Pinball
Bugs Bunny
The Swamp Thing
The Little Mermaid
Baseball All Stars
Bowling
Baseball
The Lion King
Peter Pan
Captain Planet
Muppets
Chip N Dale
Gargoyles
Double Dragon 3 Rosetta Stone
Inspector Gadget
Beauty and the Beast
Toy story
The Addams Family
MC Hammer
Wheel of Fortune Slots
Jeopardy
Home Alone 2
Power Rangers
Barbie Pinball
Batman
Spiderman
Mickey Mouse
Looney Tunes
Battletoads
All together I probably have around 50 games or so but I can't seem to locate the one box with my other games. Some are open, with manuals, or sealed. I can't remember all of them! I also have several of the watches, but I stored them separately. I would attach a photo but I don't have a URL and I don't know how to upload it to the message. Does anyone else know of any other rarities? I believe other most sought after games are Snake's Revenge and Simon's Quest. |

Well, the reason those aren't on the site is that they are all part of the 'newer generation' of handheld games that I don't really follow. I have some, and there's several on the site of course, but no where near all of them... In general, they look like this:
http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Tiger/HangOn.htm
Those were all made in the late 80's/early 90's, and most of them aren't worth much (and the ones that are have a value because of the game itself, not rarity, like the Castlevania... Although I suppose it's harder to find since more people collect it) My site officially stops at about 1984 (although there are some newer games listed...).
The real old/rare Tiger LCD games are the early 80's models like these:
http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Tiger/StarCastleLCD.htm
Or the table top games:
http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Tiger/SpaceInvadersTabletop.htm
Stuff like that. Or even older is the LED games... That's the stuff that's the rarest (and of course, the oldest). The LED games are from 1978-1979 and such..
I thought there was someone that had a huge list of all of these white-cased Tiger games, but I can't seem to find it now... |

And there's probably a very good reason for that... |

How much did you pay for it? I'd love to own it just for the sake of having a really bizzare oddity |

Actually I've seen MC Hammer on ebay. Both loose and sealed. Prices are high even just for the loose one. |

It's on my ebay watch list, but not many turn up. I'll bid on one if it turns up. |
