"Sky Jump" - Paint picture enclosed

Im looking for a game i played in the early 90's:

I think the Handheld had a blueish look but i can be wrong, but
it was basicly looking like this:



You were able to jump up, break the blocks, and the objective was to get up,
and the plattforms were scrooling down.

At the end of each level you had to jump on some Hawk-birdlike thing.

I think some foes were there aswell but i dont remember how you dealt with them.

Its not much but thats what i remember :/

Damn, you guys are fast and good!

The funny thing is, i was 100% sure it isnt a G&W title because they are well documented and i was browsing some sites dedicated to G&W titles.
