just to get this topic started up, R.O.B. came out with the nes dexluxe set in 1985 and all R.O.B. is a gimmick to sell the nes and it worked very well. only twos games came out stack-up and gyromite, gyromite came out with every R.O.B. so its very common but stack-up is a extremly rare find since it was sold seprate and gos on ebay from 300-250 dollars but I got for 180.00 because there were four bids and no body bid at the end. I have a compleate R.O.B. with both gyromite and stack-up. If anybody has a R.O.B. that wont go up I know how to fix that problem. I can tell you a lot more about R.O.B. if you ask me questions. Thanks |

I was there in 1985 at NY where I was living and I got my very first video game unit with my own money I saved for the NES Deluxe set and in it came Rob and I still have him and you can see him here at one of my posted forum --> http://www.handheldmuseum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=233 |

your R.O.B. is in very good condiction for being one of the first ones, I got mine on ebay for 90.00 dollars with gyromite parts and game even if I had to repair because it would not go up and recently I got stack in box with all parts for 180.00 dollars because nobody bid at the end and I was lucky! P.S. nice collection you have there! |
