1. The forum pages need a link back to the Museum!
2. I'd like to see a forum regarding eBay topics and issues. For instance, I'd like a place to rant against unscrupulous collectors who hijack auctions and get them ended early by taking advantage of the seller's ignorance. And it's also always fun to point out goofy and/or overpriced auctions! (Like the time I got $270 for a not-even-boxed Mattel Football 2 thanks to a bidding war between two evidently rich buyers with no time to do any research!) |

$270! WOW....I bet you thought the winner would back out of paying. The link to the museum is a good idea. For now I delete the text after 'handheldmuseum.com/' on the Address bar and click. Neil. |

I agree a link back to the home page would be a nice addition. I have done what Neil suggests for a while, but it would be one step less to click on a link |

I wonder if Rik could just make the URL between "The" and "Forum" at the top of every page into a link?
Neil: Yes, I was surprised when that Football 2 bidder paid the next morning!
Ooh, ooh, I'm one post away from no longer being a "Tomy Blip"! |

I actually tried that originally using the 'obvious' method (to me anyway)- just adding HTML to make it an active link. It screwed up the rest of the header. I'm pretty sure there's a 'right way' to do it for phpbb forums, I just need to figure that out. It'll either be that, or the image in the top left (which I will eventually change to a handheld related image...) will be clickable back to the main page.

Heh, I was wondering if anyone notice that. Maybe beginners should be Simons?

Huh, I tried saving the page source and made it into a link myself, it seemed to work fine... It was underlined and clickable, didn't see any other difference! (I use Firefox, dunno why it wouldn't work in other browsers too.)
(But after further thought, I realize your source isn't the source we see after PHP processes it... d'oh!)
And what about an eBay forum; are you nixing that idea, Rik?
Yay, I'm a Mattel Football! |

Okay, finally implemented that was sent to me at the beginning of December... You can now click on the big HAND HELD MUSEUM graphic at the top to return to the main page of the Museum. (Only on the SubSilver forum style, if you have chosen a different look I haven't made any changes to those yet...)
Let me know if the change causes any problems... |
