i took mine apart to see what the problem was, and there's one black wire that was soldered to the battery compartment. my problem is that the other end of it isn't connected to anything and i can't figure out where it's supposed to go.

the picture supplied by HHM shows the front of the guts....



...but i need to see the backside! help!

more info:

the wires are all color coded, and the wire that has gotten disconnected is the only black wire inside the game.

Okay, got you a picture:

The black wire connects from the negative battery terminal to the little post that all the blue wires connect to...

Hope that helps bring it back to life!
