pac man and racing consoles

when i was a kid i remember having a pac man console that was yellow and had 2 joysticks. the screen was black and used either yellow or green lights.
the console was about the size of 3 gameboys and laid flat unlike arcade boxes.
there isnt really much else i can remember about it.
i cant find anything on the net about it, so if you can help at all.

also i had these 2 racing games.

i would like to know what they were and get any info on them.

This is the closest game I can think of at the moment but it only has the one joystick. It seems to fit the rest of your description though.
