I can't recall, please help

I was trying to remember the name of a game that I played as a child. It would have been around 1997 when I played it. I don't remember if it was new or not at that point though. It was black with a flip top. I am fairly sure it was called "Whiz-Kid" but I can't find any reference to it anywhere. It came with a booklet full of questions that the player had to answer.

You are probably thinking of "Quiz Wiz." Originally made by Coleco, later version made by Tiger, black with flip top as you describe.
