does anyone understand this game 100%?

i pushed all 3 of the flashing ice cubes and lined up in a row within the center area (without touching the outer walls) - should i get extra points for that? i only get points when they are lined up by the walls...

if my memory serves me correctly... in the arcade version of Pengo, the points for 3 "star" cubes lined up in a row without touching the outer walls are greater than the one that are lined up by the walls....

it's a strange game indeed... anyway, my score is 1,610 Wink

When you get 10,000 points you get a Penguin trophy. It's in the top right. I like games that give you trophies. That's a nice little addition.

My high score is: 13,820

You're right.. in the arcade game the diamond blocks away from the walls = 10k. On the wall = 5k. Not sure how it's done in the VFD.

In this vfd version, you get the most points when you line up the blinking/special blocks on the wall.
